masa kita crank tu keras kan sebab ada pressure kat piston..
kalu kita buka sume spark plug ok x? jadi senang r nak pusing timing belt pulley utk adjust pulley power steering kan...

1 lg yg aku tau, jangan pusing timing belt pulley arah bertentangan drpd pusingan enjin, boleh jahanam... info dari parts manual 4G1 series punya buku....

buka plug pun keras. tp tak sekeras tak bukak plug la. aku pun pk mende sama dulu masa nak ejas tepet. lupa plak yg valve spring ada dan camshaft berbonggol2. hahaha

smalam aku dah tukar belt tu...

cara2nya;

- bukak cover plastik kelabu cap rimau tu.. guna T spanar saiz 10 ada 4 semuanya
- bukak cover timing belt (3 skru saiz 10)
- longgarkan skru pwr stering, mmg kene guna ratchet n box spanar saiz 14, kalu pakai lain sangkut....
- pastu gerakkan power stering pump tu utk longgarkan belt tu... time aku longgarkan, belt tu mmg loggar tapi x blh kuar dari pulley, aku cungkil guna skru sambil pusingkan crank timing belt (TB) (kena ada 2 orang, satu cungkil belt, sorang lg pusing pulley TB.
- selepas kuar belt tu, longgarkan pulak tensioner kat bhgn alternator, kat atas alternator ada 2 nat saiz 12, pastu kat bawah pon kene longgarkan, saiz 14, kene jack kete masuk bawah and loosekan nat tu....
-pastu barulah boleh kuarkan belt tu dgn mudah... masa nak pasang belt baru kene masukkan dari crank pully dulu baru yg lain....
- masa buka n pasang belt baru alternator ni aku x bukak pulley waterpump seperti yg brader mohdizhar bgtau sebab belt tu mmg senang dikeluarkan...
- pastu tegangkan belt alternator dgn adjust skru saiz 12 sehingga tegang secukup rasa... ikat skru 12 yg lg 1 utk ketatkan ke bracket, ketatkan juga skru saiz 14 di bwah enjin....
(belt alternator dah siap pasang)

-belt bahagian PS dan compressor-
-masukkan belt ikut crank pulley dahulu, kemudian baru masuk compressor and PS,
-guna batang paip utk cungkil PS pump supaya dapat tension yg dikehendaki, kemudian ikat kesemua nat saiz 14 tu (3 bijik semuanya)

-siap!!-

tips: sebelum masuk belt baru aku taruk rubber grease dlu kat belt tu bg moisture dia kekal lama...

- pastikan bila masuk belt, alur dia masuk betul2 balance terutama di crank pulley, jgn masuk senget...

kos: 2 belt = RM40 brand GAIDO...

harap korang paham n cuba la try... bayar upah kat bengkel mahal gak r, kat tempat aku dia nak RM30,

aku pon mulanya x berani nak buat, tapi bila baca thread ni rasa yakin sikit la... dan akhirnya dapat buat sendri beb...
