my friend make a appointment last monday,has been told to come to your shop today @ 1130am..

so just now my friend go to your shop but your assistant told my friend that there's no appointment has been set for my friend in your computer system.. and if he still interested to get tint by your shop, he need to wait at least 10-15 cars need to be completed.. WHAT DA???

my friend took a AL ( annual leave ) for this.. and he come from putrajaya just for this..

how you running your business?? please be more professional, i recommended your shop to my friend and i just got shame for this..
